My mother and grandmother were staying at my aunts place so we all drove there, I was staying there too so it didn't really make a difference to me. My cousins came in for a bit, we all briefly caught up then my cousins left. My mother wanted to tell me some things and give me some stuff she had brought from England, it could have waited till the morning but I suppose it was probably better to get it out of the way now as we all had to get washed and ready for my great aunt and uncles wedding anniversary. My mother filled me in with some information about credit cards, gave me a little bit of cash and I gave her some things I no longer needed for the rest of my trip, a big bright red, waterproof poncho being one. I bought it with good intentions of using it and when it came down to the times I actually needed it I would always forget it in my bag. Also some other things that I no longer deem necessary. After that was all sorted everybody went to sleep. My uncle tends to go to bed around 18.30/19.00 which is quite early, then wakes up around 6/7.00. He was n bed and had probably been so for most of the evening, he either didn't hear us come in or couldn't be bothered to get up and say hello, it didn't make much difference as he would see us all in the morning any way.
