The next day I took it easy, I didn't have to do anything so I didn't, I just watched some films on TV, most of the films I hadn't seen yet so it was okay, I wasn't just completely wasting my time. I had arranged to meet up with Tommy after he finished work, maybe go out for a meal or something, catch up and that. He gave me a call when he finished and said he would pick me up around 19.30 or when his girlfriend went over, then we would go out to get some food at Applebee's, some American restaurant chain. He picked me up and we went to go and pick one his mates up then go and get some food. Firstly we went to the liquor store to get some alcoholic beverages, I got this rum called 'Admiral Nelson', it was a cheap version of 'Captain Morgans spiced rum' and tasted pretty much exactly the same. I had just eaten dinner as I was hungry but I could eat a little bit I suppose. When we got in the place, it was like every other restaurant chain, they are all the same, everywhere you go. I got some beer not Blue Moon as I think it really tastes of celery and I'm not too keen on celery, in fact it is the only thing (food wise) that I can barely eat and some puller pork tacos with some chilli sauce. Everybody was eating a lot and all I had were some pork tacos that I couldn't even finish, I was that full. We got some polystyrene boxes to put the left over food in and went back to Tommy's place to drink some beer and play a game of poker. Another one of his friends was coming over and we were all going to play some poker. I usually play better when I'm drunk so I started drinking, the game went on for far too long, after an hour nobody was out yet, then Tommy's mate went.
