The Danes were nowhere to be seen, I had the key to our hostel room so they weren't going to be in there. We went back to drop our bags off and get some food, we looked around and pretty much walked the whole city looking for a cash machine, I had no more Bolivianos, I needed some money but didn't necessarily need Bolivianos as we were leaving to go to Peru the next day. I had to borrow money to buy everything, food, drink and my bus ticket out of there. We found some cheap restaurants, some market in the middle of town and a really cool looking cathedral. The Danes appeared in a restaurant eating a big pizza, I was so hungry but waited till dinner time to eat. Whilst the Danes ate, I tried to sort out a bus ticket, they were all charging quite a lot to get to Cusco, so we all agreed the best idea would be to get a bus across the border into Puno, Peru, then from there get a bus to Cusco. That would work out a lot cheaper in theory. The bus to Puno only cost $20 Bolivianos, where as the bus to Cusco was quoted at $80 Bolivianos.
That night we ate trout again at a cheap restaurant on the lakeside, we got a tree course meal for $20 Bolivianos. It was good, nothing to shout about but you get what you pay for. Once again we played Ludo but it lasted no where near as long as the night before, we finished in good time, and needed to get up really early again as our bus left at 9.00am. I got another really bad nights sleep as I was really sunburned, a lot more than I thought I was.
